Pulse 45 is a full-body workout combining elements of barre, strength training and Pilates. True to its name, Pulse45 focuses on isometric movements, (think small pulses and “stillness”) which will challenge you to strengthen your muscles in an unusual and effective way. Finding balance and alignment throughout, classes are high intensity but low impact which makes them accessible to all abilities.
